RELEASE
is the focus for this week!

 

Do you have something you want to let go?  Maybe it’s an old belief, some excess fat, a habit, or something that is no longer serving you?  Pretend you are one of those people in the picture.  Imagine you wrote down on a piece of paper everything you want to release.  Now, put it in that paper lantern and release it.  See how easy it can be.  As pictured, not only is it easy, but release can be beautiful.  Stop letting things weigh you down.  Light it up and let it go!!
