Essential Oils for Digestion

Did you eat a bit too much turkey & goodies and are totally stuffed still? 😉
Well, essential oils may help with this as they help with a variety of ailments. For digestion, Peppermint, Ginger, and Fennel essential oils are good. You can take one or a combination of these oils and mix it with a carrier oil to rub on your stomach area. For an ounce or 2 tablespoons of carrier oil, add about 12 drops total of essential oil for a 2% dilution. Some common carrier oils are olive, coconut, grapeseed, apricot, almond, and avocado oils.
If you don’t have any of these essential oils, Peppermint and Ginger tea can also help settle your stomach. Or, you could also go to a store that sells essential oils and sniff those oils for aromatic benefits. 😁
