​Intuitive Readings focus on receiving guidance that may best support you at that time. By connecting with my intuition, guides, and your energy, I will hone in on issues and provide you with information, guidance, & suggestions. Depending on the guidance received, coaching and healing may be part of the session. The only information I need upfront is your name (doesn’t even need to be full name). I prefer little to no information so the messages I receive are unbiased.  Sessions may be live or offline.  For live sessions, before the reading, I will connect and receive some messages and bring those forward in the beginning.

For Health Intuitive Readings, it works best when you give me specifics and as much info as you would like to share beforehand so I can hone directly into the issues. For example, what symptoms or items you are experiencing, when you noticed that happening, dosages of supplements, etc.  It’s ok if you don’t know when something started as many times I will get an age when something happened that may be related to the issue.  You can give me a list of as many items as you wish and I’ll check to see what I am allowed to work on.  This type of session may be live or offline as well.
