Rampage of Appreciation

Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations you can hold.  When you appreciate things and people, more helpful or enjoyable things and people come into your life.  Think of it this way.  Which kid would you rather give a gift to… one that takes your gift and doesn’t say, “Thank you” or one that really appreciates the gift and jumps up and down and hugs you when you give the gift?  Well by being that kid that jumps up and down in appreciation, the Universe will be happy to give you more of the things you want.

To do this exercise, you can make a list of things and people you appreciate.  If you don’t want to write it down, you can do this by looking around the room you’re in and letting your eyes gaze over to all of the things you appreciate in the room.  You can also think of a person and think/list out all of the things you appreciate about them. 

Here’s an example:

  • I appreciate that you took the time to read this
  • I appreciate that we are connected
  • I appreciate that I have a loving husband that makes me laugh  

Start appreciating more and you’ll have more to appreciate!  😁
