Energy Call Back

 Have you ever felt like you’ve been drained of energy?  Well, you might have been.  Here’s an easy way to get all of your energy back.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and command either aloud or in your head, “I release all energy that doesn’t belong to me.”  Then command, “All of my energy, come back to me now.”  The exact words aren’t important, but the intention behind it is.  Or, you can imagine that you are a huge magnet just magnetizing all the energy that you need to you.
