Earthing

Last week we talked about Grounding (https://theellenlee.com/Grounding).  This week, we chat about Earthing, which is another type of grounding.

What is Earthing?  Uh, aren’t we already on the Earth so we’re automatically Earthing?  Well, not exactly.

Earthing is a practice of physically grounding your energies into the Earth by walking barefoot on the grass, dirt, or sand.  Since we mostly wear shoes inside and outside along with being on concrete and cement, our bodies are physically disconnected from the Earth.  By being barefoot on the Earth, it can help calm and relax you while grounding your energy.  Earthing can also help you sleep better.
